During the recent Nintendo Partner Showcase, Aspyr announced that they will release the Star Wars Battlefront: Classic Collection on March 14. The collection will release on all consoles, feature several new maps/characters, and will cost $35.01.
Star Wars Battlefront and Battlefront II released in 2004 and 2005 respectively. Both games serve as a battle simulator for some of the biggest moments in the Star Wars franchise. Players can take part in wars in both the Clone Wars and the Rebellion vs Empire conflict. The new collection is set to include a few new characters and maps.
Star Wars Battlefront: Classic Collection Announced, Releasing on March 14
Aspyr recently announced a port of both Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2 for all consoles. the port, titled Star Wars Battlefront: Classic Collection, will be available for all consoles on March 14. It will feature restored online play for up to 64 players, expansions to hero assault mode, previously released content, and Steam Deck support. The game will also support local play.
