Netmarble and SNK have launched a new update for The King of Fighters Allstar featuring 2003 and KOF XI versions of Athena and Benimaru respectively. Through February 20, players will have access to various in-game events as well.
The King of Fighters Allstar is a fast-paced action game where players battle through waves of enemies, giant bosses, and rival fighter teams. Several games have already collaborated with The King of Fighters Allstar over the years, including Street Fighter 6, Dead or Alive and Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown. Classic SNK fighters join the fray this time.
The King of Fighters Allstar – 2003 Athena, XI Benimaru, and New Events
The latest update sees 2023 Athena and XI Benimaru join the roster of The King of Fighters Allstar as Green Element and Purple Element fighters. Both are attacking fighters that increase the attack of elements of their same type, and they use projectiles to hit multiple enemies at once.
The new event also expands existing dungeons and adds new ones for fans to complete. The Plugin Plant is now open to tier 6, and the Tower of Illusion has been expanded with 20 additional floors. A new Challenge Dungeon, Psycho & Thunder Power, is now available in The King of Fighters Allstar.

- Puzzle event Psycho Remix☆Puzzle! (through February 20): Players can use puzzle fragments earned from clearing Rush Dungeons or Bingo events to complete the puzzle and obtain rewards, including Re-entry EX Fighter Summon Coins and more.
- Psycho Remix ☆Bingo (through February 20): Players can use tickets earned through clearing in-game missions to play Bingo and obtain various growth rewards, including Element Soul Mystery Boxes. If players get a Bingo enough times, an Athena Badge Fragment is awarded.
- Check-in Event (through February 16): Checking into the game during the event period offers various valuable rewards including AP, Dispatch Speed Up Tickets and more.
- Lastly, The King of Fighters Allstar is available now for Android, iOS, and PC via Windows.
