HoYoverse announced Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.2 “The Wings to Mars” will launch on January 18 featuring a new battlesuit for Fu Hua, a new limited-time event, and much more. Version 7.2 will be the final update before Honkai Impact 3rd’s major overhaul.
Honkai Impact 3rd will receive a major revamp in February 2024 titled Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2. This overhaul will bring a new explorable area on Mars, a new cast of characters, and so much more. Version 7.2 prepares fans for the upcoming revamp as a “significant link” of sorts.

After a long journey, Fu Hua is finally back with her Fenghuang of Vicissitude battlesuit. This battlesuit allows Fu Hua to operate as a BIO-type melee fighter that deals fire DMG. In Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.2, players may learn more about Fu Hua and Senti’s journey in the Wild Phoenix Chase event. They will gather various marbles and souvenirs on their journey. These marbles may be shot at mechanisms that deal damage to enemies. Completing the challenges available in Wild Phoenix Chase awards players with the aforementioned souvenirs, which provide significant buffs to characters. Fans may also look forward to Shigure Kira’s concert and her deep-red “Tonight’s My Time!” outfit.
In Version 7.2, “The Star Which the Moon Gazes Upon” event will serve as a significant link to Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2. Players may complete different story and challenge stages while helping Helia and Coralie complete their combat training. Bronya and Kiana will be around the help them train in three training courses. What’s more, the Herrscher of Flamescion’s outfit Time Runner will also be available in a re-run.

Lastly, Honkai Impact 3rd is available now for Android, iOS, and PC via Steam and Windows. Version 7.2 launches on January 18, and Part 2 launches sometime in February 2024.
