    Great Pretender razbliuto Screenings Confirmed for January 2024

    WIT Studio and TOHO Animation confirm Great Pretender razbliuto, the sequel to WIT’s original anime series, will receive screenings in the US from January 9 to 10, 2024! In addition, a new trailer confirms the anime series will premiere on February 23 in Japan.  

    The first season of Great Pretender aired back in 2020 on Netflix. In total, 23 episodes were released for the first season. Nearly four years after the original release, Great Pretender with back with Great Pretender razbliuto in early 2024.

    According to Crunchyroll, fans will be able to catch a theatrical screening of Great Pretender razbliuto at select AMC, Cinemark, and Regal theaters in the US on January 9 and January 10 (full list of participating theaters). The anime will premiere on February 23 in Japan on the DMM TV streaming service. Crunchyroll will stream the anime in over 200 countries outside of China, and the anime’s cast has been revealed in a new trailer.

    Great Pretender director Hiro Kaburagi returns to direct Great Pretender razbliuto. Ryota Kosawa will be supervising the script, and WIT Studio is producing the animation.The cast of the anime includes:
