Publisher Level Infinite and developer Hotta Studio revealed a new trailer for Tower of Fantasy‘s next playable character, Yan Miao. Yan Miao will be available on December 21 with a major update.
Level Infinite and Hotta Studio initially released Tower of Fantasy in 2021. The game is an open world free-to-play action RPG available on mobile devices and most consoles. Recently, the developers showed off a trailer for the the game’s collaboration with the Evangelion franchise. Characters from the franchise will be added to the game in 2024.
Tower of Fantasy Reveals Next Simulacrum, Yan Miao
Level Infinite and Hotta Studio has revealed the next playable character/simulacrum coming to Tower of Fantasy. Yan Miao will be available alongside Update 3.5. Both will launch on December 21. Additionally, the game’s developers have released a seven-minute trailer outlining the character. Check it out below:
Soon, new events in Tower of Fantasy to usher in the Winter and New Year season will be available. The Winter Festival will include a special winter party at the Oasis Club, special winter awards, and several winter-themed challenges. Additionally, the game’s developers revealed more information about Yan Miao’s background in a new press release. They state:
Though young, Yan Miao has been crowned the overseer of the Department of Yuheng. The department has been heavily criticized recently due to its relationship with its former overseer, Nan Yin, and unfortunately, as her successor, Yan Miao has had to take on a great deal of this criticism. Such disparagement only strengthens Yan Miao’s resolve in helping the department get back on track, as she understands the true importance of the department’s role in her people’s future success.
Lastly, Tower of Fantasy is available now. The game is free-to-play on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and Windows. It is also available on Android and iOS devices. Publisher Level Infinite and developer Hotta Studio will add Yan Miao to the game on December 21.
