Tower of Fantasy Version 3.5 and Evangelion Collab Announced

    Level Infinite and Hotta Studio announced Tower of Fantasy Version 3.5 launches on December 21, and a new collaboration with Evangelion will arrive in 2024. Many new details about these upcoming updates were revealed alongside a new update. 

    Players brought Nin Yan’s plans to a halt Tower of Fantasy Version 3.4, and the story moves from Marshville to Hendeca County. The frigid cold still remains a constant in Version 3.5 as the holiday season approaches in the real world, and Hotta Studio believes it will be an “electrifying” season. 

    Tower of Fantasy Version 3.5 – “Winter’s Electrifying Rhapsody”

    Firstly, Tower of Fantasy Version 3.5 “Winter’s Electrifying Rhapsody” will launch on December 21 featuring the new main story “Domain 9: Extraterrestrial Visitor.” In this story, a new research campaign begins on the Darkform that was retrieved from Hendeca County. Meanwhile, those outside the domain are looking to solve a puzzle around the Omnium reactor at the Infinite Sundial. The new Dark Wretch: Forlorn Minister boss will appear in Version 3.5. This boss was once a swordsman that was well known for upholding chivalry and etiquette. However, he fell in battle under Luo’s order and was transformed into a Dark Wretch. He maintains his consciousness due to his strong will, so players will face a tenacious opponent.

    Tower of Fantasy x Evangelion

    In 2024, legendary Evangelion characters Asuka Langley Soryu, Rei Ayanami, and Shinji Ikari will come to Tower of Fantasy. These characters will arrive on Aida and begin a new adventure with Tower of Fantasy players. The iconic Evangelion Test Type-01 will also appear. Additionally, an assortment of collaboration exclusive content will be available, such as limited-time simulacrums, plots, outfits and customized vehicles. More details will be revealed sometime after the release of Version 3.5.
