SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio revealed new details and screenshots for a variety of mini-games found in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. While exploring Honolulu and Yokohama, Ichiban and his crew may enjoy several mini-games and earn some enticing rewards.
In Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Sawashiro informs Ichiban Kasuga that Akane, Ichiban’s biological mother, is still alive in Hawaii. However, Kasuga is quickly drawn into trouble after arriving. Kazuma Kiryu also happens to be in Hawaii following the ending of Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name. Players will control both of these protagonists in a sprawling new adventure.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth Mini-Games
Crazy Delivery is just as crazy as it looked in prior Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth trailers. This Crazy Taxi-inspired mini-game sees Ichiban deliver food on a bicycle across Honolulu. Perform various stunts on a delivery route to receive better tips and obtain a higher score.
Another of the all-new mini-games in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is Dondoko Island, an Animal Crossing-inspired diversion that allows Ichiban to breath new life into a local landfill, turning it into a resort. Ichiban teams up with mascot characters Gachapin and Mukku to make this dream possible. Useful resources may be acquired by bashing garbage and cleaning up the place. These resources may be used in DIY to create furniture and entire buildings. As the resort develops, more guests will come and visit. Produce souvenirs and local specialties to boost Dondoko Island’s popularity.
Ichiban may connect with women from around the world with the new matchmaking app called Miss Match. Edit Ichiban’s profile message and icon to ensure he’s popular with the ladies. When chatting, players must choose the ideal responses and emoji to lead the conversation in the right direction. If successful, Ichiban will get to meet his lucky lady, supposedly. Going on dates will improve Ichiban’s personality stats.
Returning Mini-Games
Karaoke returns with several new songs, including Kazuma Kiryu’s old favorite “Baka Darou (Playing the Fool)!” Go to a local karaoke bar to chat with friends, have a great drink, and sing the latest songs.
Popular arcade games return in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth alongside new ones, like SpikeOut, SEGA Bass Fishing, and Virtua Fighter 3tb. In Yokohama, players may enjoy the m HOLD’EM poker mini-game, and the Darts Live 3 mini-game comes with a newly added Center Count-Up option. The Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth mini-games will help build the bonds between the game’s many party members.
Lastly, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth launches on January 26, 2024 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
