    Like a Dragon Gaiden English Dub Update Launches in December

    A free update is imminent.

    SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announced the Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name English dub update will launch sometime in December 2023. At launch, the game featured the Japanese voice-overs only. 

    Kazuma Kiryu becomes a Daidoji Faction agent after the events of Yakuza 6: The Song of Life. In a story told before Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Kiryu must adapt to his new life away from his family while dealing with the criminal underworld. Soon, Like a Dragon fans may experience the game’s story again with the English dub.

    The official RGG Studio Twitter account confirms that the English dub for Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name will be available with a free update this month. A release date was not announced, but RGG Studio wants fans to stay tuned for more information. New details may come during the RGG Roundup stream on December 8, which includes more Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth gameplay footage. 

    While waiting on more information regarding Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name’s English dub, fans can check out 52 new screenshots for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. These screenshots highlight various aspects of the game, including exploration in Honolulu, side activities, points of interest, and the improved turn-based combat system.

     

    Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The game includes the Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth Special Trial Version, which is unlocked after finishing Gaiden’s main story. Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth launches on January 26, 2024 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
