Following a leak in the Xbox Store, Ubisoft has officially announced the Beyond Good and Evil 20th Anniversary Edition. In a post on the official Beyond Good and Evil Twitter/X account, Ubisoft confirms that more news will come in early 2024.
Ubisoft initially released Beyond Good & Evil in 2003. In 2011, they released ports of the game on the PS3 and Xbox 360. A sequel, Beyond Good & Evil 2, was announced in 2017. No news has been revealed on the game since 2018. The 20th anniversary edition first surfaced in a ESRB rating in late August.
Beyond Good and Evil 20th Anniversary Edition Revealed
Earlier in the week, the Beyond Good and Evil 20th Anniversary Edition first leaked through a now removed listing on the Xbox Store. Afterwards, the Beyond Good and Evil Twitter/X account stated that “While we cannot wait to show you more about this special edition, more news to come in early 2024!” Additionally, Ubisoft confirms the game will launch at some point in 2024. Ubisoft have not yet confirmed what consoles the game will be available on, however.
