The official Twitter account for the Classroom of the Elite anime series confirms that season 3 will premiere on January 3, 2024. Crunchyroll will simulcast the anime as it premieres in Japan, and a new key visual has been revealed.
The upcoming anime series is based on the light novels by Shogo Kinugasa and Sunsaku Tomose. Two seasons of the anime adaptation have already aired in Japan and on Crunchyroll, and the third season was announced during New York Comic Con 2023 this past October. Classroom of the Elite Season 3 kicks off the new year just a few days after it begins.
Classroom of the Elite Season 3 Premiere
Episode 1 of Classroom of the Elite Season 3 will premiere on January 3 at 22:30 JST on AT-X in Japan, followed by Tokyo MX and other channels in subsequent blocks. In a new blog post, Crunchyroll confirmed that the streaming service will simulcast the anime as it premieres in Japan.
Studio Lerche is producing the anime with Hiroyuki Hashimoto and Seiji Kishi serving as chief directors and Yoshihito Nishoji serving as another director. Hayato Kazano handles the series composition, and Kazuaki Morita is the anime’s character designer.

Kiyotaka Ayanokoji has just enrolled at Tokyo Koudo Ikusei Senior High School, where it’s said that 100% of students go on to college or find employment. But he ends up in Class 1-D, which is full of all the school’s problem children.
