    Dr. Stone Manga 3-Chapter Post-Finale Spinoff Announced

    One more entry in the six-year-long franchise.

    The forty-eighth issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump announced that Dr. Stone will get a special three-chapter spinoff set after the manga’s finale. The first chapter will release on November 6 with Weekly Shonen Jump issue #49.

    Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump initially serialized Riichiro Inagaki’s manga in 2017. The series ended in March 2022. The anime adaptation is currently ongoing, with the series’ third season, New World, available on Crunchyroll as it airs.

    Dr. Stone Spinoff Manga Details

    Dr. Stone New World 2nd Part Getting English Dub

    The first chapter of the Dr. Stone post-finale spinoff will release on November 6. Three chapters will be available, with the first having 47 pages, including a color page. The spinoff commemorates the currently ongoing second cours (or half) of Dr. Stone: New World.

    Viz Media has the manga in its entirety on their website. They describe it as follows:

    One fateful day, all of humanity was petrified by a blinding flash of light. After several millennia, high schooler Taiju awakens and finds himself lost in a world of statues. However, he’s not alone! His science-loving friend Senku’s been up and running for a few months and he’s got a grand plan in mind—to kickstart civilization with the power of science!

    Additionally, the entirety of the anime is available on Crunchyroll. New World is currently ongoing with both a subbed and a dubbed version. The cast of the latter is as follows:
