Xbox has announced that they will hold an Xbox Partner Preview dedicated to third-party and indie games on October 25. The event will feature new footage of Alan Wake 2, Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, and more.
Xbox has had an incredibly successful year thus far, with Starfield‘s release in September and Activision Blizzard’s acquisition in October. With their successes over the past year, the company will undoubtedly be a massive player in the gaming industry over the coming years. The company will likely reveal more details on their plans in the coming weeks and months.
Xbox Partner Preview Details
In an official post on their website, Xbox announced the upcoming partner preview. Xbox will broadcast the event on October 25 at 10 AM PDT, 1 PM EDT, and 12 PM CDT. Fans can watch the preview on Xbox’s official YouTube and Twitch accounts. Fans can expect to see new footage for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and Alan Wake 2 before the latter releases on October 27.
“This new show format will deliver a fresh mix of indie games and familiar favorites from our third-party partners like Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, Remedy Entertainment, Studio Wildcard, and others with more than 20 minutes of trailers and new gameplay footage,” Microsoft said.
Xbox also clarified that there will be no news, announcements, or game pass details related to Activision Blizzard. There will also be no announcements for first-party titles like Hellblade II or any Bethesda games that are currently in development.
The event will be broadcast in several languages, including American Sign Language, Albanian, Arabic, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Canadian French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and more.
Lastly, Xbox will broadcast its partner preview on October 25. The event will begin at 10 AM PDT, 1 PM EDT, and 12 PM CDT.
