The staff of the upcoming Date A Live V anime have confirmed that it will premiere sometime in 2024. A new trailer and further details on the series’ cast have also been revealed.
Koushi Tachibana wrote the original light novel series in 2011. In 2012, the first season of the anime aired with twelve episodes. A year later, ten episodes aired for season 2, and the third season premiered in 2019 with twelve episodes. The fourth season followed up in April 2022, and Date A Live V serves as the fifth season.
Date A Live V Details
In a new trailer, Kadokawa confirmed that Date a Live V will premiere in 2024. The anime’s staff also confirmed that Aya Endo would join the cast as Mio Takamiya, a “beautiful young girl who has a mysterious existence.” Additionally, returning cast and crew members were confirmed:
