Activision announced Vicarious Visions and Iron Galaxy-developed skateboarding game Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 is finally coming to Steam on October 3. A Digital Deluxe Edition will be sold with various bonuses.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 initially released in 2020 as one of Activision’s most successful games of the year. Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S would release the following year in 2021. Although Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 was scrapped, Steam players may finally enjoy the latest entry in the series.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 Finally Lands on Steam
The official Twitter account for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 confirms that the long-awaited Steam version will release on October 3. The Steam page is now live, allowing users to wishlist the game ahead of its PC release. Moreover, the Steam page confirms that a Digital Deluxe Edition will be released. Digital Deluxe Edition contents include the game, “The Ripper” skater from Powell-Peralta, retro outfits (Steve Caballero, Tony Hawk, Rodney Mullen), and retro content for Create-A-Skater mode. Pricing for the Digital Deluxe Edition has not been revealed yet, however.
