HoYoverse announced that Honkai: Star Rail has already surpassed one million pre-registrations worldwide for the upcoming PS5 version. Players will receive useful rewards at launch for meeting this milestone, and cross-saves will allow everyone to continue their progress on PS5 at any time.
During September 14 State of Play, HoYoverse confirmed that Honkai: Star Rail will make its PS5 debut on October 11. Over 800,000 pre-registrations were accounted for at the time, and thousands of eager fans helped bring that total past one million on September 26.
Honkai: Star Rail Already Exceeded a Million PS5 Pre-Registrations
The official Twitter account for Honkai: Star Rail confirms that the PS5 version has surpassed a total of one million pre-registrations. Players will earn a plethora of rewards on launch day, including Credit ×10,000, Adventure Log ×5, Condensed Aether ×5, 4-star Light Cone “The Seriousness of Breakfast (Erudition)” ×1, and the 4-star Cavern Relic Musketeer of Wild Wheat 4-piece set. These rewards will be given upon successfully logging into the PS5 version on October 11 with a HoYoverse account. In addition, those who pre-register are also entered into a raffle to win a PlayStation 5 console. Pre-registration ends as soon as the game launches.
Before the PS5 version’s launch, fans may also look forward to the Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.4 “Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream” Special Program livestream on September 29. The live stream will be held on Honkai: Star Rail’s official YouTube channel. During the live stream, HoYoverse will reveal new content, playable characters, and upcoming changes coming to the Version 1.4 update in mid-October 2023. HoYoverse will also release several promo codes that fans may redeem during the day of the live stream.
Finally, Honkai: Star Rail is available now for Android, iOS, and PC via Epic Games Store. The PlayStation 5 version of Honkai: Star Rail will release on October 11, and pre-registration is currently available now.
