    Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos Steam Version Delayed

    Natsume announced the Steam version of Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos has been delayed due to unexpected circumstances. The console versions are unaffected by the delay since its available now for its respective storefronts. 

    In Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos, players live a peaceful life on the land of Anthos, a region that was once connected to several other lands. The region was devastated by an ancient calamity, but the people are slowly restoring it to its former glory. In fact, the protagonist is tasked with a duty that could see the revival of the Harvest Goddess. 

    Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos Steam Version is Delayed

    Natsume’s official Twitter account released a brief statement about the release of Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos, confirming the delay for the Steam version. Natsume notes that it was an “unexpected” delay, but it will work hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible. A new release date for the Steam version was not given, however.

    “Unfortunately, at this time there is an unexpected delay with the Steam launch,” Natsume said on its official Twitter account. “We know everyone wants to start farming and making friends in Anthos and we are diligently working on trying to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.”

    As previously discussed, a total of four DLC packs will be released for Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos—Animal Avalanche Pack, Visitors From Afar Pack, Tool Upgrade & New Interior Designs Pack, and New Crops, Fish, and Recipes Pack. These DLC packs will be released from September to November 2023, and players may save money by purchasing the Season Pass. Moreover, a bundle featuring the Season Pass will be sold as well.

    Lastly, Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The Steam version launches at a later date.
