HoYoverse announced Genshin Impact Version 4.1 “To the Stars Shining in the Depths” is now available with new playable characters, a new area in Fontaine, new quests, and so much more. By installing the update, players will have immediate access to a bounty of Primogems as well.
Like prior updates, Genshin Impact Version 4.1 will feature new content in two distinct phases. These phases include limited-time events, special login bonuses, and enticing event wishes. Phase 1 has begun with the release of the new Genshin Impact update, and there’s so much to dive into today.
Genshin Impact Version 4.1 Brings A Lot of New Content
The latest Genshin Impact update is finally here, and all players will receive 600 Primogems as compensation for the recent maintenance period. Full patch notes are also available now featuring several fixes and adjustments.
In Genshin Impact Version 4.1, players will head north to an underwater area shrouded in mystery. The latest Archon Quest brings the Traveler to the Fortress of Meropide in search of Tartaglia (Childe). Apparently, the ruins players will head into share the tale of a deadly attempt by the Fontaine Research Institute to survive a great flood of prophecy.
Neuvillette and Wriothesley will finally become playable 5-star characters in Genshin Impact Version 4.1, and both characters use catalysts.. Neuvillette is a Hydro user, while Wriothesley is a Cryo user. Players will learn more about these characters in their respective story quests. Neuvillette and Hu Tao will be available in the first phade of event wishes, followed by Wriothesley and Venti in the second phase.
A poetry festival will be held in Mondstadt and Liyue, giving the Traveler an opportunity to reunite with friends and “honor friendship and love.” The festival includes various mini-games and an exclusive 4-star catalyst as an event reward. More rewards will be available with Genshin Impact’s third anniversary approaches. Players may earn Intertwined Fates ×10 and other rewards from a special login campaign. Moreover, Primogems ×1,600, Fragile Resin ×4, and the Portable Aerodynamic Gelatinous Bubble Generator and Itty Bitty Octobaby gadgets will be given to all players.
Lastly, Genshin Impact is available now for Android, iOS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Windows and Epic Games Store. HoYoverse is currently developing a Nintendo Switch version of Genshin Impact.
