Berserk of Gluttony Anime Reveals Key Visual and Release Dates

The official website for the Berserk of Gluttony anime reveals a new key visual alongside the release dates for various Japanese TV networks. Fans around the world will be able stream the anime on Crunchyroll next month. 

Ichika Isshiki launched the Berserk of Gluttony light novel series on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō service and proceeded to release the first volume in November 2017. Illustrator fame would be in charge of artwork and character designs for the series. This October, fans will be able to watch the anime adaptation as it airs in Japan. 

Berserk of Gluttony Anime Will Begin the Fall Anime Season

The Berserk of Gluttony anime is confirmed for a October 1 premiere on the U-NEXT and Anime Hōdai streaming services on October 1 in Japan. The anime will then premiere on October 4 for the Tokyo MX, Sun TV, and BS11 channels. Crunchyroll will stream the Berserk of Gluttony anime as it airs in Japan. Moreover, the anime’s official X (Twitter) account reveals a new key visual as fans await the October premiere.

Tetsuya Yanagisawa serves as director of the anime at studio ACGT. Mariko Kunisawa supervises the series scripts, and Takafumi Furusawa is the anime’s character designer. EverdreaM will perform the opening theme song “Jekyll & Hyde” and the ending theme song “Ao no Genseki.” Fans will be able to recognize the vocals since the group is comprised of voice actresses Misato Matsuoka and Hitomi Sekine.

The anime’s voice cast includes:

  • Ryota Ohsaka as Fate Graphite
  • Tomokazu Seki as the black sword Greed
  • Hisako Tōjō as Roxy
  • Misato Matsuoka as Myne
  • Hitomi Sekine as Eris
