Honkai Impact 3rd Version 6.9 Launches September 14 With PROMARE Collab

HoYoverse announced Honkai Impact 3rd Version 6.9 “Cutting Dreams at Dawn” launches on September 14 featuring the new collab with Studio TRIGGER’s PROMARE film. This is one of Honkai Impact 3rd’s biggest updates yet with a magical girl joining the fray.

Last week, HoYoverse previously released a new trailer to tease the collaboration event between Honkai Impact 3rd and PROMARE. The developers confirm that Version 6.9 launches in just six days, and more details were revealed after months of teases. 

Honkai Impact 3rd Version 6.9 and PROMARE Collab

Honkai Impact 3rd Version 6.9 will add the new S-rank battlesuit Miracle ☆ Magical Girl, Sirin, on September 14. Sirin is a Mech-type fire DMG dealer who wields a chakram. While in battle, she may turn the chakram into scissors, restore Starry Faith, and reducing damage taken in the Iron Body state. Moreover Sirin may cast different Joint Weapon Skills, dealing Fire DMG and applying Ignite Trauma to enemies. Sirin’s ultimate harnesses an illusory space to trap enemies, slash through them, and ignite them with fire damage. 

The new update will also introduce Story Chapter XL – Seven Karma Phala. Captains will be fighting alongside Fu Hua and uncovering clues within the main story. In addition, the summer event marks the climax of Captain’s storyline and serves as the final chapter according to HoYoverse. Players may earn several rewards by progressing through the event’s chibi-style map filled with fun challenges and unique exploration mechanics!

In Honkai Impact 3rd Version 6.9, the PROMARE collab will finally begin with two new outfits and a limited-time event. Players may complete event missions to earn PROMARE Kindlings for the bingo card-flipping game. Rewards from this event include collab stigma PROMARE: Flame (B) and more. Herrscher of Flamescion’s collab outfit [Born in Flames] and Chrono Navi’s collab outfit [Burning Rescue Soul] will be available in the outfit shop at a discounted price during the PROMARE event, too. These outfits reference Galo and Lio from the film.
