Toei Animation, GameOn, and NEOWIZ announced a new mobile RPG for the Zatch Bell series will release later this year. The game’s title is Konjiki no Gash Bell!! Towa no Kizuna no Nakama-tachi / Zatch Bell: Friends are an Eternal Bond.
The popular Zatch Bell manga series by Makoto Raiku entered serialization in 2001 in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine. Shogakukan published 33 book volumes for the Zatch Bell series. The manga ran until 2007, and Raiku returned to Zatch Bell with a new sequel manga in March 2022. Fans may now look forward to a brand-new mobile RPG, too.

Zatch Bell: Friends are an Eternal Bond is currently in development with a release window for 2023. Closed beta test applications are available now in Japan until September 6 according to Comic Natalie. The closed beta test is scheduled for mid-September, so players won’t have to wait too long after the application period is over. Further details about the game were not announced, however.
The Zatch Bell anime series ran from 2003 to 2006 with a total of 150 episodes. Moreover, the Zatch Bell: 101st Devil and the Zatch Bell: Attack of Mechavulcan anime films were released in 2004 and 2005 respectively. In the west, the anime gained its popular through the Toonami block from 2005 to 2007.

Kiyomaro Takamine is a brilliant junior high student whose inflated ego (and tendency to blow the grading curve) has made him a major target for teasing at school.
