HoYoverse announced that Zenless Zone Zero will be participating in Gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live, which will be streamed live. This is the first update for the game in nearly a year.
Gamers can expect several game announcements during Gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live. Hosted by The Game Awards showrunner Geoff Keighley, the Gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live showcase on Tuesday, August 22 will feature new game announcements, updates on existing games, and new footage. The showcase is expected to last one and a half to two hours, and Zenless Zone Zero is one of the confirmed titles.
Zenless Zone Zero at Gamescom 2023
A new trailer for Zenless Zone Zero confirms the upcoming title will be presented at Gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live. The trailer is titled “Commission ID: ONL0822” to reference the day of the event. HoYoverse depicts a journey to the Koelnmesse, which is the site of Gamescom 2023 in Cologne, Germany. The game’s mascot may be seen on various TVs set up across Cologne, inviting fans to watch Gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live.

A PlayStation 5 version of Honkai: Star Rail is currently in development with a Q4 2023 release window. HoYoverse plans on exhibiting Honkai: Star Rail at upcoming expos including Gamescom 2023 and Tokyo Game Show 2023. Fans can expect “a full range of activities” and content at these upcoming events featuring Honkai: Star Rail, Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin Impact, and Zenless Zone Zero.
Gamescom 2023 is set August 23 to 27 at the Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. The event will include announcements and updates for upcoming titles such as One Punch Man: World, Zenless Zone Zero, Mortal Kombat 1, and many more. Additionally, games like Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, Persona 3 Reload, and Persona 5 Tactica will be playable on the show floor.
Lastly, Zenless Zone Zero is coming soon to Android, iOS, and PC.
