Honkai Star Rail Version 1.3 Playable Characters

Three new playable characters will also be introduced in Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3. The first new character is Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae. Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae may consume multiple Skill Points to unleash powerful abilities, including the enhancement of basic attacks up to three consecutive times in battle. When unleashing the Ultimate, Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae deals Imaginary damage to a single target and adjacent enemies while receiving a fixed amount of Squama Sacrosancta to offset the consumption of Skill Points.

Players may also recruit Quantum-type five-star character Fu Xuan, who follows the Path of Preservation. She possesses the mysterious omniscia on her forehead, an instrument enabling her to calculate every move in advance. Fu Xuan’s Skills allow her to reduce and absorb damage, granting health points. She may also unleash Quantum damage with her Ultimate. Although her battle style and personality are different than Jing Yuan’s, she’s a respectable team member with incredible defensive capabilities.
