    Ys X: Nordics Pre-Orders Now Available for PS4 / PS5 in Japan and Asia

    Pre-orders include the "Pikkard's Fascination" set.

    Nihon Falcom have opened digital pre-orders for Ys X: Nordics on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in Japan. Pre-orders include the special Pikkard body suit as an added bonus for playable characters Adol Christin and Karja Balta.

    Ys X: Nordics takes place after the events of Ys II and before Ys: Memories of Celceta. A young Adol and his trusty companion Dogi head into Obelia Bay for a new adventure on their way to Celceta. While in Obelia Bay, Adol meets Karja, the daughter of the Balta Navy leader and the heroine of Ys X: Nordics.

    Pre-orders for Ys X: Nordics on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 are now available in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea for 8,250 yen / HK$468 / NT$ 1,790 / 79,200 won. A single purchase in the PlayStation Store includes both versions of the game, so those planning to purchase a PlayStation 5 may still purchase and enjoy Ys X: Nordics. All digital pre-orders include the “Pikkard’s Fascination” set, which includes a full body suit and Pikkard back accessory. Currently, pre-orders aren’t available for the Nintendo Switch version yet in the Japanese Nintendo eShop.

    Moreover, Fans may earn bonus DLC costumes based on pre-orders from Amazon Japan, Geo, or ebten/Dengeki store respectively in Japan. Amazon Japan pre-orders include the Adol Christin’s “Crimson Knight” costume from Ys IX: Monstrum Nox. Geo pre-orders include the “Raspberry Hearts” costume. Purchases of the Ys X: Nordics Dengeki Special Pack include the Battle Dress costume alongside a Lila Shell charm, an original B2 tapestry, a four-panel manga drawn by Daisuke Shinkubo, and a Ys 35th Anniversary Edition original pocket watch & compass.

    Lastly, Ys X: Nordics launches on September 28 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 with Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean language options. A worldwide release has not been announced yet.
