    Pokémon Presents Announced for August 8

    The Pokémon Company announced the next Pokémon Presents live stream will happen on August 8. This live stream is expected to share major Pokémon news with fans.

    Pokémon World Championships 2023 is just around the corner, and Hololive will celebrate with a special Pokémon UNITE World Tournament event on August 9. Before the event begins, The Pokémon Company will share substantial news about its games at Pokémon Presents.

    Pokémon Presents August 8 Live Stream

    Pokémon Presents will air on August 8 at 6:00 a.m. PDT. According to the Pokémon Company, the live streamed event will last for roughly 35 minutes. Viewers can expect major news and updates regarding the Pokémon franchise and its games. Moreover, the Pokémon Presents live stream will be held on the official Pokémon YouTube channel.

    Specific games were not confirmed for the live stream just yet. However, fans can expect updates about Pokémon UNITE and Pokémon Scarlet and Violet at the very least. The upcoming Pokémon Scarlet and Violet “Hidden Treasure of Area Zero” DLC has not received an official release date yet. Currently, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 1: The Teal Mask launches first in fall 2023, while The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 2: The Indigo Disk launches in winter 2023.

    In Pokémon UNITE, fans may celebrate the game’s second anniversary with new 5v5 Panic Parade battles and Battle Pass 17. The latest Battle Pass lets players unlock several rewards including Marine Style: Greedent, Captain Style: Zacian Holowear, and Captain Set Trainer fashion items. Pokémon UNITE is currently available now for Android, iOS, and Nintendo Switch with cross-play.

    Fans may now watch a sneak peek at the English dub for Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Liko and Roy set off on an adventure to discover the meaning behind Liko’s mysterious pendant, and the duo will meet many characters and Pokémon along the way.

    Finally, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are available now for Nintendo Switch.
