SEGA and ATLUS released a new trailer for Persona 5 Tactica featuring the mysterious Diet member Toshiro Kasukabe and playable DLC characters Goro Akechi and Kasumi Yoshizawa. Players may add to their Persona 5 Tactica experience by pre-ordering the Digital Deluxe Edition or purchasing the Repaint Your Heart Challenge Pack separately.
Previously, Persona 5 Tactica leaks suggested that Goro Akechi and Kasumi Yoshizawa would be playable in DLC. The Repaint Your Heart Challenge Pack will feature two new playable characters, new Challenge Stages, unique unit formations, and more.
Persona 5 Tactica Trailer Reveals Goro and Kasumi DLC
The newest Persona 5 Tactica trailer confirms that Goro Akechi and Kasumi Yoshizawa will be the two playable characters in the new Repaint Your Heart DLC. These two characters may be seen aiding Joker against some mysterious enemies not seen throughout the rest of the trailer. These enemies will likely be present within the new Challenge Battles.
In Repaint Your Heart, Players must uncover the truth behind the bizarre Arsene graffiti and the mysterious artist, Guernica. Guernica manages to create massive murals without being caught or spotted. Word of Guernica’s work is spreading throughout the city, and it’s up to Joker, Kasumi, and Goro to find out the truth.
Goro Akechi (Voiced by Robbie Daymond)
A third-year high school student and detective. Akechi solved several cases and built a reputation among professional investigators. Akechi’s sharp intellect, amiable personality, and good looks quickly brings attention to everything he does. Fans tout him as the second coming of the Detective Prince due to his countless media appearances. While pursuing the Phantom Thieves, an incident causes him to cooperate as a Phantom Thief himself. Akechi’s Persona is Robin Hood.
Kasumi Yoshizawa (Voiced by Laura Post)
A beautiful first-year student that transfers to Shujin Academy alongside the protagonist. Shujin Academy has high hopes for Kasumi due to her stellar performances in gymnastics. Kasumi’s Persona is Cendrillon.
Joker, Erina, and Morgana stumble into the young Diet member Toshiro Kasukabe while attempting to rescue the rest of the brainwashed Phantom Thieves. Toshiro’s political experience makes him a keen strategist, but one of his flaws involves being fearful of fighting and injury. He appears to be very helpful ally, however.
Another volume of Nyahoo News provides general overview of the new trailer. The Phantom Thieves may be seen wearing traditional Japanese attire in Yoshiki Kingdom within the Metaverse. Further into the trailer, ATLUS highlights new artwork of Goro Akechi and Kasumi Yoshizawa along with their Personas.

Before launch, Persona 5 Tactica demo event will be held on September 2 to 3 in Tokyo. Morning and afternoon sessions will be held at 10:00 JST and 14:00 JST respectively. Participants will be chosen via applications, and those selected may share their experience through social media. Impressions from the demo may be used in official ATLUS channels, including Persona 5 Tactica’s official website.
Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica will be playable at the Koelnmesse during Gamescom 2023. Demos for these new titles will be available at SEGA’s official booth alongside Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, Sonic Superstars, and more. Gamescom 2023 will be active from August 23 to August 27 in Cologne, Germany.
Lastly, Persona 5 Tactica launches on November 17 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Windows and Steam.
