NieR series producer Yosuke Saito teases that a NieR: Automata 6th anniversary live-steam event is currently being planned. The tease comes just days after the first cour of the NieR: Automata Ver1.1a anime aired with Episodes 9 – 12.
Most recently, Aniplex announced a second cour of NieR: Automata Ver1.1a is coming soon. Additionally, Square Enix is teaming up with AWR Music Productions for NieR: Orchestra Concert 12024 [ the end of data ], a concert tour that brings the talent behind the music to several venues around the world. The NieR festivities won’t end any time soon as Saito and Square Enix prepare for an anniversary event.
NieR: Automata 6th Anniversary Event in Planning
According to Saito, Square Enix is currently planning the NieR: Automata 6th anniversary live-steam event for fall 2023 in Japan. The event is still under consideration, and a public event with spectators may be in the cards. Saito says more details will be revealed at a later date.

While waiting on more information, fans may catch up on all 12 episodes of NieR: Automata Ver1.1a cour 1 on Crunchyroll The second cour will likely include another 12 episodes for a total of 24 episodes of the NieR: Automata anime adaptation.
