Fire Emblem Heroes Reveals ‘Summer Firsts’ Versions of Ivy, Fjorm, and More

    Donnel will make an appearance.

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems revealed the new “Summer Firsts” summoning event for Fire Emblem Heroes featuring characters such as Ivy and Fjorm. Players will also be able to earn a new character for free in an upcoming in-game event.

Starting July 7 at 12:00 a.m. PDT, Fire Emblem Heroes players may summon from the new Special Heroes (Summer Firsts) summoning event. This new Fire Emblem Heroes summoning event includes summer 2023 versions of Ivy, Fjorm, Tharja, and Ymir. Each character has different weapons and skills when compared to their normal counterparts in Fire Emblem Heroes. Players may summon the new characters with orbs, and FEH Pass owners may choose one of the four heroes after their 40th summon.

Fire Emblem Heroes players may learn more about these summer versions of Ivy, Fjorm, Tharja, and Ymir by playing a new paralogue story. The Summer Firsts paralogue story allows players to earn more orbs and experience a short story involving these new characters. Paralogue story quests are available in multiple difficulties, allowing players to earn additional orbs upon completion.

Fire Emblem Heroes players may also look forward to a new Tempest Trials+ event coming soon. This new Tempest Trials+ event grants orbs and other useful rewards after completing challenging battles and meeting certain score requirements. Five-star hero Donnel: Sunny Villager will be available as a score reward from the event. This means that players will be able to earn the new summer version of the Fire Emblem Awakening hero for free.

Finally, Fire Emblem Heroes is available now for Android and iOS worldwide. Fire Emblem Engage, the latest mainline entry in the long-running series, is available now for Nintendo Switch.
