One of the most exciting story features of Final Fantasy XVI is the Eikons. Eikons will be a different form of the traditional series summons. The player will be able to wield Eikons like Ifrit, Shiva, Ramuh, and Odin. However, other characters who can wield the power of Eikons fill the world of Valisthea. These people are called Dominants. Clive, the main character of Final Fantasy XVI, is a dominant himself. However, others just like him can wield the same power. Here’s an overview of all the Final Fantasy XVI Dominants and the Eikons they can wield.
Dominants and Eikons
Currently, Square Enix has confirmed eight Dominants in the game. This list also includes the Eikons that the Dominants possess. They are as follows:
- Clive Rosfield – Ifrit
- Joshua Rosfield – Phoenix
- Jill Warrick – Shiva
- Cidolfus Telamon – Ramuh
- Benedikta Harman – Garuda
- Hugo Kupka – Titan
- Dion Lesage – Bahamut
- Barnabus Tharmr – Odin
Check out this guide here for more information on the characters above and their backstories. At the moment, there are two other Eikons in the game that have not been tied to a Dominant. These Eikons include Titan Lost and Typhon. The Dominants that these Eikons are connected to will undoubtedly be revealed during the story.
