    Super Mario Bros. Wonder Announced for Switch; Releases on October 20

    During the June 21 Nintendo Direct, a brand new 2D Mario title, named Super Mario Bros Wonder, has been revealed for the Nintendo Switch! It has been over a decade since a brand new 2D Mario title, but the call has finally been answered by Nintendo!

    This new title has an exciting new art style that is sure to catch your eye. Additionally, the “New” branding that has been used since the Wii titles has been dropped! Read on to find out all about the newest Mario title.

    Super Mario Bros Wonder Announced

    Super Mario Bros. Wonder is the latest 2D Mario title. The game is set to be released on October 20, 2023.

    The latest 2D Mario title, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, featured over 200 courses for players to explore. This title was a port from the Wii U, which contained New Super Mario Bros. UNew Super Luigi U, and additionally Toadette and Nabbit as playable characters. The Switch has yet to have an exclusive brand-new 2D Mario release, but that has now changed.

    Wonder Joins An Immense Amount of Switch Mario Titles

    There are an incredible amount of Super Mario titles available on the Nintendo Switch already. 21 titles exclusive to the Nintendo Switch are available, as well as Mario titles from the NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Game Boy, and Game Boy Advance.
