CD Projekt Group released its Q1 2023 earnings report, revealing several key sales updates for CD Projekt Red titles, including The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The latest Witcher title leads as CD Projekt Red’s single best-selling game of all time.
CD Projekt Group confirms that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt surpassed 50 million copies sold, including digital copies and physical shipments. The Witcher, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt have sold a combined total of over 75 million copies sold worldwide. Moreover, the latest sales update includes copies of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition sold for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at retail.

Alongside the latest Witcher sales update, CD Projekt Red confirms Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will be present at Summer Game Fest 2023 Play Days. The upcoming expansion will feature a returning Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand alongside Idris Elba as the mysterious government agent, Solomon Reed. An official release date for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will likely come during an upcoming showcase.
Before Summer Game Fest 2023 Play Days begins, Geoff Keighley will host the Summer Game Fest 2023 Live Showcase on June 8 at 3 p.m. EDT from the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California. The upcoming showcase will feature new game announcements, gameplay footage, trailers, and updates on existing games. More than 40 partners are participating in Summer Game Fest 2023 including Bandai Namco, Capcom, Disney, HoYoverse, and PlayStation.
Gamers may also look forward to Gamescom 2023: Opening Night Live, which is also hosted by Geoff Keighley. Gamescom 2023: Opening Night Live will feature new game announcements, gameplay footage, trailers, and updates on existing games. The show is set for August 22, and the expected runtime is one and a half to two hours. On August 23, Gamescom 2023 will opens its doors to attendees at the Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany.
