Marvelous have announced that two new Story of Seasons games are now in development. One of these upcoming Story of Seasons titles will have the long-awaited inclusion of online multiplayer.
The first new Story of Seasons title is built around the central theme of “experiences according to Story of Seasons series manager Hikaru Nakano. While preserving the core experience of the franchise in a new installment, Marvelous is bringing several major improvements to its overall presentation. Players may grow crops, take care of animals, and complete several fun activities in the new title. Platforms, an official title, and a release date have not been announced.
A second brand-new Story of Seasons title is now in development at Marvelous. This upcoming title is referred to as “A Story of Seasons you can play with everyone.” Nakano states that it is an ambitious new title with multiplayer, which has been a highly requested feature by fans for several years now. Concept art for the new game was shown during Marvelous Games Showcase 2023. Once more, platforms, an official title, and a release date have not been announced. Nakano hopes longtime fans look forward to these new titles nonetheless.
