    The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story Delayed to June 29

    MAGES. announced The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story has been delayed to June 29 in Japan. The upcoming visual novel was originally scheduled to release on May 25 for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Japan. 

    According to MAGES., The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story was delayed to implement further quality improvements before release. As a result, MAGES. re-released all of the game’s trailers to reflect the change to the new release date. A worldwide release of The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story was not confirmed, however.

    Gotopazu, the October 27, 2020-released smartphone game based on The Quintessential Quintuplets, comes to consoles in the form of memorial stories. The console version is developed by MAGES., developers of The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬: Summer Memories Also Come in Five and The Quintessential Quintuplets the Movie: Five Memories of My Time with You. It features the first year’s worth of memorial stories from Gotopazu for all five quintuplets, fully voiced across 24 volumes. There are also over 500 illustrations. And the Illustration Book Set editions are a must-have item for diehard fans.

    Includes 24 Volumes of Memorial Stories

    This is a console version of the 24 volumes’ worth of memorial stories released during the smartphone game Gotopazu‘s first year of service. The game is fully voiced by the cast who regularly play the quintuplets, including Kana Hanazawa (Ichika Nakano), Ayana Taketatsu (Nino Nakano), Miku Itou (Miku Nakano), Ayane Sakura (Yotsuba Nakano), and Inori Minase (Itsuki).

    Over 500 Illustrations from Gotopazu

    In the game, you can obtain all the “Event Card Illustrations + Three Types of Bridal Card Illustrations” released during the smartphone game Gotopazu‘s first year of service, which are a must-have for The Quintessential Quintuplets fans. There are over 500 card illustrations. Since the “Puzzle and Training” elements from the smartphone game are not present in this release, you can complete your collection without the hassle.
