Nintendo and Monolith Soft announced Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass Wave 4 – Future Redeemed launches on April 25. The upcoming story expansion details the events that eventually lead up to the main story of Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
Future Redeemed
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass Wave 4 – Future Redeemed is a brand-new story scenario featuring new and returning characters. Rex and Shulk will play pivotal roles alongside original characters Matthew, A, Nikol, and Glimmer in a story that connects all three mainline Xenoblade Chronicles games. Additionally, Future Redeemed introduces new battle mechanics such as Unity Combo, where two characters can attack in unison. Alongside the announcement of Future Redeemed, Nintendo announced amiibo figures of Noah and Mio are on the way.
Pyra and Mythra Amiibo Release Date
Further, Nintendo shared an update about the Pyra and Mythra amiibo. Nintendo confirms the Pyra + Mythra 2-pack amiibo figures will be released on Friday, July 21. Players may change the appearance of the sword for Noah’s Swordfighter class to match Pyra’s Aegis Sword by scanning the Pyra amiibo in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. While scanning the Mythra amiibo in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, the sword for Noah’s Swordfighter class will match Mythra’s Aegis Sword. In a future update, the Aegis sword weapon skins can be used by all players after meeting a certain condition.
