Monolith Soft Shares New Recruitment Art Featuring the Cast of Xenoblade Chronicles 3

Tonight, Monolith Soft has shared brand new artwork celebrating the recruitment of 2024 graduates. The official guidelines for recruits graduating next year have been posted on the company’s website. In the new art, the main cast of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is shown at a festival.

Characters include Noah, Mio, Eunie, Taion, Lanz, Sena, Juniper, Ashera, and Gray. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is the latest game from Monolith Soft, which was released on July 29, 2022.

The game takes place in the world of Aionios, which is the result of both the worlds of Xenoblade Chronicles Xenoblade Chronicles 2 merging. New to this title of the long-running series was the ability to control each of your party members in battle. You are able to switch in-between each of them to utilize different attacks without relying on AI.

Next up for the acclaimed developers is the story expansion for Xenoblade Chronicles 3. At the February Nintendo Direct, a sneak peek was revealed with both Shulk and Rex being teased. The two protagonists were seemingly facing off against Alvis, who was a main character in Xenoblade Chronicles. Fans can expect an action-packed reunion in this Wave 4 DLC, which is set to launch later this year.

The company has over 200 developers currently, and with each passing year it looks to recruit plenty of graduates out of school.

Monolith Soft is no stranger to sharing art, in fact, the company just shared the results of an internal art contest earlier in January. Recruitment art is shared each and every year, so do be sure to stick around for the latest on Monolith Soft!

Wave 3 of the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass is available now.
