February 21, 2023 is the worldwide release date for Like a Dragon: Ishin, but players may receive early access on February 17. Like a Dragon: Ishin will be available digitally at 9 p.m. PST on February 20 worldwide. Early access begins on February 17 at 7:00 PST. Physical copies will be available at all major retailers including Amazon, Best Buy, and GameStop.

Like a Dragon: Ishin standard edition will be sold for $59.99 physically and digitally across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Customers who pre-order the physical copy at Best Buy receive a free SteelBook case. A Digital Deluxe Edition will be sold for $69.99 featuring multiple DLC packs, three additional weapons, and early access.
