P3P Mutatsu Social Link Max Rank Persona
For reaching Lvl 10 and completing this Social Link you gain access to the Chi You Persona.
Chi You can be fused at Level 86. It resists Slash and Pierce while being weak to Electricity. It has a focus on physical attacks and later learns Arms Master which makes its signature physical attacks cost half of the normal HP amount.
