When connected online, Fire Emblem Engage players may see “Spirits of the Fallen” appear on the map during battles. Spirits of the Fallen may found on spots where allied units (yellow) and enemy units (purple) fell in battle. Units that wait on such a spot may receive EXP, items, bond points, and much more.

Fire Emblem Engage players may also view rankings of units and Emblems most used by other players on a given map. The feature may be useful for those unsure about who to deploy for battle throughout the main story.

When traversing the world map, enemy soldiers and the Corrupted may appear on previously completed maps. Players have the opportunity to gain EXP, gold, and rewards by taking down these enemies according to Nintendo.

Lastly, Fire Emblem Engage launches January 20 for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
