Aniplex and Square Enix announced the NieR: Automata Ver1.1a anime premieres on January 7, 2023, reconfirming the release date for overseas fans. Additionally, more information and a new trailer was revealed during the “Newest Information Announcement Special Program.”
The latest special program reveals the opening and ending themes for NieR: Automata Ver1.1a. Aimer performs the opening theme “Escalate” while amazarashi performs the ending theme “アンチノミー.” These themes play in the trailer unveiled during the special program.
The “Promotion File 009” trailer appears to be the final trailer before the anime premieres on January 7. Prominent characters such a 2B, 9S, Devola, and Popola are depicted in the latest trailer.
NieR: Automata Ver1.1a will be available to watch on Crunchyroll with English, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, and Spanish dubs.
