The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel Northern War will feature twelve episodes according to a recent 4Gamer interview with Makoto Koichi, the Japanese voice actress for protagonist Lavian Winslet (Thanks, @Hansuke21).
When asked about the recording process, Koichi confirms The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel Northern War features twelve episodes. Further, voice recording for the anime has already concluded for the 12-episode series.
The anime is Koichi’s first experience with The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series, but she was able to connect with the series through her role. She believes fans will be able to “feel the beauty” of series by watching all twelve episodes. The full interview at 4Gamer may be read here.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel Northern War premieres on January 8, 2023 across Japanese broadcasting networks and Crunchyroll. An English dub for the anime is currently in the works according to Crunchyroll.
