Sony Interactive Entertainment and Insomniac Games announced Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 launches in fall 2023 for PlayStation 5. The sequel follows directly after the events of Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
Additionally, the game will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive just like the recently announced Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores. Sony Interactive Entertainment appears to be moving on entirely from new PlayStation 4 releases going into 2023.
“Following the events of Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the Spider-duo of Peter Parker and Miles Morales are back in the next blockbuster action chapter of the Marvel’s Spider-Man series,” PlayStation Blog reveals. “Much is still to be revealed about the game, and going off the quality of the past two titles, we’re bound to be in for a fantastic new original Spider-Man adventure.”

Lastly, Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales are available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
