    Guilty Gear Strive Crossplay Update Launches in December 2022, Content Roadmap Revealed

    More updates planned for game balance and Network Mode.

    Arc System Works announced the Guilty Gear Strive crossplay update launches in mid-December 2022, and more updates are planned for the coming months.

    In the 12th volume of “Developer’s Backyard” for Guilty Gear Strive, producer Miyauchi revealed a new roadmap for the fighting game. The Guilty Gear Strive crossplay update launches in December alongside new updates to Network Mode and game battle balance. Players will be able to select a manually select a room within each Ranked Floor to enter, and rooms will support up to 32 players. Additionally, players may turn off Rating Update Sequence in the new update.

    The roadmap revealed Guilty Gear Strive DLC characters #8 and #9 launch in March 2023 and May 2023 respectively. As previously reported, each character is accompanied by a brand-new stage. Guilty Gear Strive Season Pass 2 DLC characters Bridget and Sin Kiske are currently available now.

    Volume 13 of Developer’s Backyard will be published in December after ARCREVO Japan 2022 according to Arc System Works. Moreover, fans may submit topics, questions, and comments for discussion here.

    Guilty Gear Strive is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Lastly, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions launch in spring 2023.
