Following the ending of Fire Emblem Heroes Book VI, Nintendo and Intelligent Systems announced Veronica and Embla are joining the game as powerful new units.
Veronica: Princess Rising and Embla: God of Closure will join Fire Emblem Heroes as Legendary and Mythic heroes respectively. Fire Emblem Heroes players may summon the new units starting November 29 at 11 p.m. PT. Additionally, players may summon previously released 5-star new heroes, Legendary heroes, and Mythic heroes. The 5-star focus appearance rate is set to 8% whereas the non-focus appearance rate is set to zero.

Book VI brought the hard-fought end of the Askran and Emblian conflict. In the Book VI ending movie, Sharena and Veronica are depicting sharing tea and reminiscing about their respective countries’ gods. Fire Emblem Heroes is available now for Android and iOS worldwide as a free-to-play title. Lastly, Fire Emblem Engage, the next mainline entry in the long-running strategy RPG series, launches January 20, 2023 for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
