The Hellfire Vanguard
SEGA provided another glimpse into the major December update for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis. The year-end update is titled “The Hellfire Vanguard” and introduces the new region, Stia. Stia is an extremely volcanic area with flowing lava and clouds of ember. Players will embark on the fourth story chapter and meet new characters such as Glen and Kanui. New skills will be introduced for each class, and 8-star rarity weapons will make their debut.
A large-scale update arrives in Spring 2023 with player housing. The “Creative Space” player housing system is currently in development, so players have to wait a little while longer before more details surface. However, SEGA shared a sneak peek to keep fans excited for next spring.
