Big news today for Valve’s new portable gaming system, the Steam Deck! Firstly, after the multiple increases in production speed, Valve has now removed the reservation queue that has been in place since pre-orders began last year. This means you can now simply purchase the Deck at any time! Valve have commented that certain models and regions may revert back to the queue based on demand.
Secondly, the Steam Deck Docking Station that was announced for the Deck is also now available for purchase! The Dock also does not require a reservation, and can simply be purchased for $89.00 USD. Shipping is estimated at around 1-2 weeks.
