    Samurai Shodown receives rollback netcode in Spring 2023

    Embracing rollback netcode.

    During EVO 2022, SNK announced Samurai Shodown receives rollback netcode through a brand-new update in Spring 2023.

    SNK teamed up with Code Mystics to update Samurai Shodown with rollback netcode. Samurai Shodown’s rollback netcode is based on the existing The King of Fighters XV solution using GGPO.

    The PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions of Samurai Shodown will receive the update. Rollback netcode support for the Nintendo Switch version was not announced.
