Guilty Gear Strive DLC and update roadmap revealed at EVO 2022

New content coming throughout the next year.

During EVO 2022, Arc System Works revealed the tentative DLC and update roadmap for Guilty Gear Strive for 2022 and 2023.

Guilty Gear Strive receives four new DLC characters between summer 2022 and 2023. This summer, the game receives DLC character #6, additional colors, and a brand-new update. The update reduces input delay on PlayStation 5 and connection time for initial server connections on Steam.

A crossplay beta test is planned for mid-September 2022 according to the Guilty Gear Strive roadmap from EVO 2022. More information about the beta will be announced soon. The crossplay update for Guilty Gear Strive releases in fall 2022. Furthermore, DLC character #7 releases this fall.

A major battle balance patch is planned for winter 2022. In 2023, Guilty Gear Strive DLC characters #8 and #9 release with two additional stages. As a reminder, the roadmap is subject to change as 2023 approaches.

Guilty Gear Strive is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Lastly, here’s an overview of the fighting game via the Steam page:
