President Makoto Fujita confirmed that Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis is expected to release within the fiscal year. CyberAgent’s current fiscal year ends in September 2022, implying that the title will release within the next 4 months.
Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis developer Applibot is owned by parent company CyberAgent. Square Enix is publishing the title, which brings the entire Final Fantasy VII compliation into one mobile experience for iOS and Android. Details about the new game are scarce, but fans can expect more details to arrive soon with the current release window.
Square Enix is also developing Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link, another anticipated mobile game as development of Kingdom Hearts IV continues. Set in Scala Ad Caelum and other Disney worlds, Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link focuses on the events following Kingdom Hearts Union Cross.
