Vicarious Visions announced today that they’ve successfully merged with Blizzard. The studio remains in Albany, NY and it’s now called Blizzard Albany. Blizzard Albany serves as a support studio for all Blizzard games.

Vicarious Visions is fondly remembered for developing games such as Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, Crash N.Sane Trilogy and the Destiny franchise to name a few. Blizzard Albany’s official website is live here and the studio is currently hiring new staff.
