Development studio Certain Affinity announced today that they’re working on a major plans for Halo Infinite. According to the studio, they’ve been “entrusted with further evolving Halo Infinite in new and exciting ways”. It seems that more resources outside of 343 Industries are being put into the game immediately.

Certain Affinity is hiring more developers and staff to work on-site in Austin, TX and Toronto, Canada along with remote work. Speculation in the past few months hint toward a battle royale mode but brand new modes are also a possibility. Halo Infinite has yet to receive Forge mode, co-op campaign and new maps across multiplayer.
