Water Phoenix announced that they’re launching a new crowdfunding campaign on February 10th for visual novel Stand by You. The goal for the campaign is 500,000 yen or roughly $4,368. According to Water Phoenix, programming issues with the original visual novel have hindered the team in making updates. Mobile versions of the game may eventually be delisted due to these issues. As a result, Water Phoenix needs to re-work the game and plans to work with Kemco to publish the game on PS4 & Switch. The development team will also redraw all portraits and event images.
